  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday or the next available business day.

2.3 Custom and Bulk Orders
  • Custom printed shirts, personalized designs, or special requests may require an additional 1–3 business days for artwork setup and production verification.

  • For bulk or wholesale orders (over 50 units), processing may take up to 7–10 business days depending on stock availability and production load.

  • We will notify customers promptly if there are any unexpected delays due to stock shortages or material constraints.

2.4 Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, certain orders may require additional verification. This could include confirming billing information, shipping address, or payment method details. If verification is required, the processing time will begin after successful verification.


3. Cut-Off Time Policy

To ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch, Goyore.com observes a strict daily cut-off time of 7:00 PM EST for same-day order processing.

  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • This cut-off time applies to all orders, including expedited and priority shipping options.

  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Example:
If you place your order at 6:30 PM EST on Tuesday, processing will start Tuesday.
If you place your order at 8:00 PM EST on Tuesday, processing will start Wednesday.

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, Goyore.com is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as:

12. Lost or Stolen Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking indicates “Delivered” but the customer has not received it, or if there has been no tracking update for more than 10 business days after shipment.

If your package appears lost:

13. International Shipping (Currently Unavailable)

At present, Goyore.com ships only within the contiguous United States.
International shipping, including Canada, Europe, Asia, or Australia, is not available. We plan to expand global operations in the future and will update this policy accordingly.


14. Internal Shipping Between Facilities
14.1 Definition

In certain cases, orders may be fulfilled from multiple internal warehouses. To optimize delivery speed and inventory management:

  • Some items in the same order may be shipped separately.

  • Each shipment will include a unique tracking number.

  • No additional shipping fees will apply for split shipments.

14.2 Processing Coordination

Internal transfers between warehouses are managed by Goyore’s logistics team and are not visible in customer tracking until final dispatch.


15. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
15.1 Reporting Timeframe

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

15.2 Resolution

We may require photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) for verification. Once confirmed, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Refused delivery

will be held for 10 business days. Customers may choose to reship the order (shipping fees apply) or request a refund (excluding shipping costs).
