Processing time refers to the period between when an order is placed and when it is dispatched from our fulfillment center. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
At Goyore.com, all orders undergo careful inspection and packaging before shipping. The standard processing time for most orders is 2 to 5 business days.
Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed the next business day.
Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday or the next available business day.
Custom printed shirts, personalized designs, or special requests may require an additional 1–3 business days for artwork setup and production verification.
For bulk or wholesale orders (over 50 units), processing may take up to 7–10 business days depending on stock availability and production load.
We will notify customers promptly if there are any unexpected delays due to stock shortages or material constraints.
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, certain orders may require additional verification. Orders placed before 7:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Goyore.com operates through a network of internal fulfillment centers strategically located across the United States. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest center with available inventory to reduce delivery time.
Before shipping, all products undergo strict quality control checks:

All items are packaged in protective poly mailers or recyclable boxes, depending on order size. Each shipment includes:

All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation. Delivery is considered complete when the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.

We publish holiday shipping cut-off schedules each year on our website and via email. Orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, Goyore.com is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as:

Natural disasters

Once an order has been confirmed, address modifications are not guaranteed.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once the package has been dispatched, rerouting is subject to carrier approval and may incur additional charges.
A package is considered lost if tracking indicates “Delivered” but the customer has not received it, or if there has been no tracking update for more than 10 business days after shipment.
If your package appears lost:

At present, Goyore.com ships only within the contiguous United States.
International shipping, including Canada, Europe, Asia, or Australia, is not available. We plan to expand global operations in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
In certain cases, orders may be fulfilled from multiple internal warehouses. To optimize delivery speed and inventory management:
Some items in the same order may be shipped separately.
Each shipment will include a unique tracking number.
No additional shipping fees will apply for split shipments.
Internal transfers between warehouses are managed by Goyore’s logistics team and are not visible in customer tracking until final dispatch.
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may require photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) for verification. Once confirmed, we will:
